Flat cap FC1SP is usually secured into a 32mm hole and is supplied with a suitable sized spigot, but can be supplied with a flat back FC1 enabling it to be glued and nailed into position.

The square flat caps FC2 and FC3 are provided un drilled and can be secured on-site by nailing and glueing.The square flat caps are also supplied pre-drilled either with a matching timber pellet TP, which is glued in place after screwing and gluing the cap onto the post, then trimmed flush with a sharp chisel. Or they can be supplied with a decorative domed button screw cover in a matching timber as in flat cap FC2DB above.
